Stéphane Jean , French , 40, married to Stephanie ( simpler would be difficult :-)) and 2 beautiful children .
After his studies in France and worked in several Michelin-starred restaurants, he left his home country to go on adventure ! He moved to Singapore in the first place and worked at Raffles among others. After a few months , he visited Mauritius and the charm of this island operates ... he moved there in 2002 , and never left again. He will work for Lux * (Ex- Naiade ) as an executive Chef and Corporate Chef, responsible for all the kitchens of the company, and ended his classes as Resident Manager at Sun Resort . Thirst for challenges, Stéphane is embarking on a new adventure, its own restaurant - RED - which opened in August 2015 in Grand Baie La Croisette.
Our last but not least, our Junior Sous Chef Rajiv Rawa 31 years old. 12 years experience in the kitchen of 5 stars hôtels and Cruises, Rawa is the friend to everyone. Always nice, sometimes to much, always smiling, what a great chef to work with!
Still single, he didn't find - yet - his soul mate.
He likes playing and watching football, when he is not working.
His favorites dishes @ Red Restaurant is the salmon with soya sauce and maple syrup.
